- Provide administrative support by assisting with clerical duties such as typing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism.
- Address any issues or concerns from guests promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere in the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
