We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our operations in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and account management. The Regional Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on regional sales activities for senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team in areas such as Salesforce utilization, technical sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
