The Position:
We are seeking a highly ambitious, sales-minded individual to join our team as a the Sales Manager. This person will be involved in soliciting, negotiating and booking new and existing leisure and corporate business. The ideal candidate will possess a lively personality, strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced setting. This person must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional that is capable of building strong relationships with our customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for:
· Planning and developing an effective sales strategy
· Soliciting and developing new business accounts
· Maintaining accounts once the business is captured and current accounts
· Ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded
· Handling reservations and group bookings at the hotel
· Management of rate, occupancy and RevPAR
The Location:
Eagan is a short 20 minute drive from the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area. The hotel is close to the Bus Line making it easy to get to work. We are located at the intersection of Hwy 77 and Cliff Road.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
