Job Description
Dayspring Head Start is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers in the Baltimore, MD area. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our customers and assisting them with their administrative needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls from customers in a professional manner; scheduling appointments; providing information about our services; answering questions about our products; ordering office supplies; maintaining inventory of office supplies; maintaining the appearance of the reception area and bathrooms; performing cleaning duties when necessary; preparing correspondence and reports; maintaining an organized filing system; performing other related duties as assigned.
