Summary
As a Sales Consultant at Daystar Auto Group, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional automotive sales experiences. This position is vital to our mission of excellence, as you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their automotive journey.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining features and benefits of vehicles.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on automotive products and market trends.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and retail math is beneficial.
- Public speaking skills for presentations or community engagement are a plus.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline is advantageous but not required.
