Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts using fixtures or tools as per work instructions and blue prints.
- Performing comprehensive processes, including drilling, assembling, bonding, and foaming, to ensure the successful bonding of complete assemblies.
- Embraces Company values while performing to quality standards.
- Operates various ovens and works with epoxies and adhesives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Minimum Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with riveting, drilling, and molding
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to communicate read and understand procedures, instructions and notices in English.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
- Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly processes preferred.
- Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs and have good eye to hand coordination
Preferred, Not Required:
- Experience bonding composite assemblies preferred.
