Assembler

The Plant Guy is looking for Production Workers to join our team. These roles involve various tasks associated with the creation and presentation of our plant decor products. Ideal candidates should be passionate about design and enjoy working in a vibrant and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble plant decor products based on design specifications.
• Package products securely for transportation and delivery.
• Transport products safely to various locations as required.
• Set up plant decor at client sites, events, or showrooms.
• Maintain inventory records and manage product tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production, assembly, or similar role preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and design.
• Efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to physically handle and transport products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
