What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Dayton Outpatient Center?
Dayton Outpatient Center is seeking a qualified candidate for maintenance duties at multiple buildings in the Dayton area. About 30 hrs per week. Valid Ohio drivers license with good driving record is required.
Successful candidate will have experience with 3 or more:
- General Maintenance
- Drywall/Painting
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Basic HVAC
- Automotive
- Grounds
- Snowplow
Job Requirements:
- Valid Ohio Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation to office
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must be dependable
