What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Locator position at Daytona Beach?

PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION
The purpose of this classification, under general supervision, is to perform skilled work in locating mains, valves, and other underground utility equipment for the City of Daytona and all other utility service providers.  Employees in this classification are responsible for shutting down broken mains and valves.  Performs related work as required.
