You will serve our guests at the restaurant by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Compensation:$10 hourly Auto Gratuity
Responsibilities:- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
- Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
- Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
- Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
