DAYTONA KIA is looking for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to add to our team of experienced Service Advisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Meets and greets our Customers on the Service Lane
- Provides extraordinary Customer Service by providing an exceptional customer experience!
- Using the latest in technology, engages the Customer at their Vehicle in order to efficiently and effectively check the Customer's Vehicle into the Service Department
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Customers and the Technicians, including the parts department to build a well rounded team.
- Coordinates all service/repair work with dispatcher and shop foreman to achieve accurate completion times, etc.
- Provides a professional level of communication with each Customer and ensures that all promises and promise times are met.
- Provides solutions for each and every Customer, including repair options, alternative transportation
- Advises every Customer on the specific needs for their vehicle
- Offers a Multi-Point Inspection to every Customer; able to sell additional Technician-recommended repairs or service as needed.
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Being familiar with Reynolds is a plus, but not a must.
* Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
* An impressive work-ethic and Team-minded mentality.
* Professional appearance and conduct.
* Self-motivated and the ability to work in a Team environment.
* Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Working knowledge of computers and automotive systems
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
* Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with Customers, Co-Workers and Vendors.

* Possess a valid Florida Drivers License with an acceptable safe driving record.
* Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Pay: $70,000 - $110,000.00 per year
