What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Daytona Law Office?

Part time: Hours are negotiable during the hiring process ---4-6 hours/day M-F; preferred start time 8 or 9 am.

The chosen candidate must have experience in an office setting and STRONG CSR & word processing/computer skills. The position is for a busy law office and shared office facility. Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling, greeting clients, filing, scanning, printing, preparing mail/UPS and any other office related duties not otherwise specified. Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are necessary qualities. Responsibilities require computer proficiency ---familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Docs, Word, Adobe, and Dropbox a bonus. Willing to train the right candidate with room to increase responsibilities . Must be willing to get Notary.

You must have verifiable work experience with references. Salary dependent on experience with quick increases based on performance. Applications without assessment completed will NOT be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
