- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in administrative or office work is preferred
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties and dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills
