Summary / Objective
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing analytical support, including analyzing customer and industry trends impacting business profitability and forecasts, leading the annual budget process, analyzing variances and supporting the monthly financial close, reporting and forecasting processes. Additionally, this role is responsible for partnering with Company leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resulting profitability.
Essential Functions

- Lead the compilation of the annual budget and periodic forecast processes, including process planning, coordination and customer / item level revenues and detailed cost analyses.
- Providing analytical support to the Commercial and Operations teams toward developing a deep understanding of our profit drivers, customers and trends impacting performance.
- Analyze variances in sales and cost and collaborates with the various teams to implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensures processes are implemented to capture costs in the period incurred.

Bachelors’ Degree in a business related discipline (Accounting, Finance, etc.)
