Overview: DB Civil Construction LLC is currently seeking a Professional Construction Administrator to assist with construction-related activities including Accounting/Project Management/Estimating.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills having the ability to multi-task and work with several individuals within our small construction office.
- Be responsible for the creation and management of Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computers and various software applications.
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Must have two years or more in an office setting, construction experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
