Position Description Summary: Responsible for providing shipping and receiving needs for the department and purchasing items for the maintenance department. This includes ordering of stock and non-stock items, processing of routine forms, reports and documents in accordance with policy. Principal Accountabilities: (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): · Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and those of higher authority · Excellent radio and phone skills etiquette · Perform cycle-counts · Ship and receive all supplies and parts · Purchase maintenance parts and supplies · Distribute parts and packages to appropriate persons or department · Maintain cleanliness of parts department and parts storage bins and lockers · Maintain purchase order and inventory records The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.* Communicate work area needs to Warehouse Supervisor
