Inside Sales - Customer Support Representative
Office location – Altoona, PA Area
Local food wholesale and distribution company is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and customer focused individual to processes inbound order requests to meet customer expectations and solicits sales from current and prospective accounts.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be highly motivated and able to perform each essential duty in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales department
- Experience with computerized inventory tracking system preferred
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Office and navigational research skills
- Adaptable and dependable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new products and systems
- Able to manage multiple task
- Professional communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
