Inside Sales Representative
This role is responsible for the enthusiastic coordination, scheduling, dispatching and sales follow up of the sales leads and outside sales team. The Inside Sales Representative supports the strategic direction and goals of the company through efficient sales efforts, coordination and support of the sales team under direction of the Sales Manager and General Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs sales call intake from marketed leads and existing customer base to set up appointments and visits for the outside sales team, targeting the best possible leads and opportunities.
- Oversee and monitor the dispatch board for the outside sales teams to ensure maximum efficiency, routing, and client satisfaction.
- Rank and tier sales leads for maximum opportunity, by asking qualifying questions, determining goals and needs of the clients, and informing them of the offerings, rebates and abilities of the company as a whole. Working to build value prior to the initial sales visit onsite.
- Work hand in hand with the Sales Manager to customize intake call questionnaires as options and rebates change throughout the year.
- Perform rehash calls and sales follow up for the outside field staff through text, calls and email by managing and oversight of the follow up board. Provide reports on progress on a weekly basis to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Become a valuable resource for the outside sales team to assist in boosting their close rates, effectiveness, and gross sales.
- Receive, review, and book TGL’s (Tech Generated Leads) from the Service Department in conjunction with the Service Manager and Sales Manager.
- Attend sales training seminars as required through best practice networks or otherwise.
- Assist Sales Manager in weekly and monthly reporting for sales commissions, total sales, and job profitability per outside sales representative.
