What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Engineer position at DBG Arkansas, LLC?
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY :
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the Engineering team with process design, operation, and implementation. Focus of this role is to provide assistance with the development of processes, improve the efficiency of processes in order to maintain efficiency, cost reduction, sustainability improvement and maximizing profitability.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set up of Bills of Materials and Routings in SAP.
- Support the engineering team with the development and optimization of industrial processes.
- Collect data, study processes, take measurements and create reports.
- Write procedures in a manner that operators can follow detailed instructions to produce quality parts.
- Manage cost and time constraints.
- Support with creating process documentation and operating instructions.
- Support with the Investigation and Troubleshooting of processes, procedures and operations.
- Contribute to develop environmental, health and safety standards.
- Adhere to current quality management systems - IATF16949; ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 1800.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
