Job Title: Replay Operator
Reports To: Director, WooSox Productions

Overview:
The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard-working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the WooSox Productions Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set-up, maintenance, and operation of DreamCatcher replay system.
- Control playbacks, recording, editing, slow motion replays during games for TV broadcasts and inhouse show to be shown on the video boards
- Edit and playback compelling replay packages, melts, etc.
- Store and transfer created melts and files
- Collaborate with the show director to better enhance the television production experience.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Characteristics:
- Willingness to learn different positions related to WooSox Productions
- Replay experience in professional or collegiate live sports
- Knowledgeable about situational baseball and what cameras will have what replay and what to play
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking critically on the go and communicating with the director and producer to ensure a cohesive, quality product ends up on the broadcast.
- Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
- Ability work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers
