Job Summary:
The Senior Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience by serving as the primary communicator between clients, advisors, and internal departments. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who ensures client needs are met with efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication regarding account maintenance, service inquiries, and transaction requests.Â
Death Claims Processing
• Manage the end-to-end processing of death claims, including documentation review, beneficiary communication, and coordination with advisors to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.Â
Onboarding Specialist
• Oversee the new client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork, account setup, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.Â
NIGOs/Notifications/CSLs Management
• Review and resolve Not In Good Order (NIGO) items, process client notifications, and oversee Client Service Letters (CSLs) to ensure proper documentation and compliance with firm and regulatory policies.Â
Compliance Support
• Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to industry regulations, processing required documentation, and supporting internal audits and reviews.Â
Rollovers & Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
• Manage and facilitate account rollovers and RMDs, providing guidance to clients while ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Â
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
• Continuously evaluate and enhance service workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and service-related initiatives.Â
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive client interactions with professionalism and empathy.Â
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Â
• Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry required.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, retirement accounts, and industry regulations are required.
Physical Requirements:Â
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• This position is an in-office position.

As a full-time team member of the firm, you will be eligible to participate in several firm sponsored benefits. In addition, you will be entitled to accrue paid time off - starting at 120 hours each calendar year.
We also close our office for 7 holidays, and have a floating holiday available for use as well.
