Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Entering accounts payable and receivable into QuickBooks.
Opening and sorting mail.
Keeping accurate financial and administrative records.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining administrative files.
Assisting the Director of Administration and business owner with receivables.
