Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Cash Related Transaction processing
- Remittance Out and In
- Fund Transfer
- Issuance of Cashier Order & Demand Draft
- Cheque & Time Deposit
- Handle RM & CS’ enquiries
- Insufficient fund and collateral check
- Day-end reconciliation on deal ticket & incomplete order verification
- System enhancement & development
- Report and escalate any issue and exceptions
- Complete transaction such as remittance & issuance of CO & DD by cut-off time
- Ensure TT Out and 3rd Party Fund Transfer with sufficient funds and collateral
- Ensure no error detected with control of day-end reconciliation
- Other clerical administration
