Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate records for employees, vendors, and customers in our accounting software.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including handling invoices, payments, and performing reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies that arise.
- Provide assistance to the management team with various tasks and special projects as needed.
- Address billing issues and resolve discrepancies through effective communication with vendors and clients.
- Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
- Assist with the management of financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and other related bookkeeping duties.
- Oversee office operations and perform clerical duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth business transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or accounting, with familiarity in payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
