DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly entered into the subsidiary and general ledgers
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, prepare bank reconciliations.
- Process credit card payments, verify invoices
- Generate financial reports
- Provide support to clients as needed, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Additional minor administrative office duties
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage competing priorities
- Solid problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Compensation offered through us is $26.70 per hour, based on experience.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 30 min lunch break, and is in-person.
Generally, there is a salary increase expected upon transitioning to permanent status, depending on the client.
