Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries over the phone and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions, as well as collecting payments.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
- Inspect rooms, handle laundry, and work with hotel staff for a seamless guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel or front desk position, particularly in an extended stay, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong non-retail customer service experience.
- Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software (experience with "choiceADVANTAGE" is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Business casual attire is required.
- The working schedule is from Saturday to Tuesday, 3 PM to 11 PM, located in Chesapeake.
