- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping tools and equipment
- Remove weeds, debris, and other obstacles from landscaped areas
- Ensure all landscaping projects are completed to specifications and safety standards
- Follow directions from the supervisor and contribute to team efforts
- The position involves upscale commercial work
The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, meetings at the clients locations each day. Candidates must be able to endure the summer heat. The primary task involves mulching, so experience in this area is required.
- 1 year of prior experience in landscaping is required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
After a trial period through the staffing company, you may become eligible to join the client's team permanently, receiving health insurance, bonuses, and days off, which are available only once you are directly employed by the client.
