What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and publish engaging content across social media, email, blogs, and case studies to elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, optimizing content and strategy to capture audience interest and generate leads.
- Craft compelling success stories and marketing materials that highlight DBSI’s impact in the financial and healthcare industries.
- Support industry conference, events, and sponsorships, assisting in planning, promotion, and execution of both external and DBSI-hosted experiences.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement marketing plans, refine strategies, and track performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in banking and healthcare to inform content and strategy.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation within HubSpot.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media insights).
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the financial or healthcare industries.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- SEO expertise to improve organic search rankings and web presence.
