Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Ensure new production introductions are launched on time, meet cost targets and within the specified budget.
- Lead cross functional teams through a stage gate process and ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed on time and accurately.
- Develop comprehensive schedules that include hardware and software integration.
- Maintain detailed action item list and conduct thorough follow-up methods for task completion.
- Escalate key issues and risks and work to develop solutions to maintain schedules.
- Collaborate with the broader Auto Store organization
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in project management, preferably using a stage gate process involving hardware and software solutions.
- Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Good problem solving skills and collaboration across different departments and expert fields.
- Knowledge about warehouse automation industry is a benefit
