Salary :
Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, framing and exterior work.
Full time Monday-Friday and with occasional Saturdays as needed. This position may require occasional few overnight stays in hotels on projects out of the metro area. Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities :
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert
workmanship, and polite communication.
Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any
customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the companys time, manpower
and materials on each project.
Monitor, schedule and report on the activities of the companys independent subcontractors.
Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of
the subcontractors and job sites.
Perform carpentry work as needed; framing, misc. finish carpentry
