Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. The Receptionist will work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide general information to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Maintain office front desk area and ensure it is clean and welcoming.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with office supply inventory and order restocks as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update contact lists and client records.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and events when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required based on office needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
