As Resort Manager, you will lead all resort operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial success. You will oversee departments like rooms, F&B, culinary, spa, retail, etc. Working closely with your leadership team, you will develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives. By actively engaging with guests and colleagues, you will champion our service culture and work to improve satisfaction continuously. Financial acumen and business development skills are essential to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve goals in occupancy, rates, revenue, and profitability
  • Coach department leaders to effectively manage budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiencies
  • Conduct inspections and work with teams to ensure exceptional facilities and guest-ready environments
  • Analyze market trends, service offerings, and prices to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Oversee implementation of new brand initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Address guest concerns in real-time and identify service improvements from feedback
  • Foster a culture where colleagues are motivated to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • Monitor key metrics like comment cards and guest satisfaction scores to assess performance
  • Identify high-potential talent and implement training programs to develop future leaders
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality/business management or a relevant field is required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury resort/hotel operations
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets through expense management and optimization
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and create actionable recommendations
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with guests and colleagues
  • Energetic, service-oriented leader who inspires excellence through motivation and coaching
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with constant guest demands
  • Expertise in managing projects, workflow optimization, budgets, and forecasting
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without a work permit
