Qualifications
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminology, and case evaluation principles
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including clients, attorneys, and staff
Leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goalsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
This position requires a combination of legal knowledge, leadership ability, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the intake process and contribute to the firm's success

Duties:
- Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to gather necessary information
- Sign Potential clients
-Bring ideas and analysis on lead sources
-Bring in lead sources ideas
-Help get more leads
- Assist with legal administrative tasks such as transcribing, filing, and data entry
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth intake process
- Maintain accurate records of client information and case details
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal drafting and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
-2 years experience in Personal Injury
