- Data Analytics & Insights: Develop advanced customer data and analytics to generate actionable insights supporting sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
- Scorecard Management: Collaborate with function leaders to develop, implement, and maintain performance scorecards tracking key metrics across sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to create accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, customer forecasting, and predictive models.
