Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a strong understanding of architectural principles. The Architectural Designer will collaborate with project teams to produce high-quality schematics and technical drawings that effectively communicate design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and schematics using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup.
• Create detailed drafts and technical drawings for construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects.
• Conduct system design analysis to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Engage in interior design aspects of projects, ensuring functional and aesthetic considerations are met.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges.

Experience

• Proven experience in architectural design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software including Revit, SolidWorks, Sketchup, and Grasshopper.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and interior design practices.
• Ability to produce high-quality schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is highly desirable.
