Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or assistance
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Sales experience or ability to upsell products is a plus
- Bilingual fluency is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
