Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Irvine, CA. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a daily basis.

- Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
