Now Hiring: Reservations Coordinator @ DCB Hospitality

DCB Hospitality Group is looking to hire a Reservations Coordinator to be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA. We focus primarily on developing and managing our own venues and concepts from Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, and Large Scale Events. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for both our guests and our team members. We're looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly Reservation Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day communications for our venues.

Position Overview: The Reservation Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our restaurants and nightclubs. This individual will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our team. This is a part-time, in-office role based in Irvine, CA, with shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays for 8-hour workdays.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Manage reservations for our various restaurants and nightclubs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries related to reservations, availability, and other venue-related matters.
• Maintain an organized reservation system and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with the management team to handle any special requests or VIP reservations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Uphold the company's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience, especially in customer service or administrative roles, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes, especially during peak hours.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (8-hour shifts).
• Must be based in, near, drive to Irvine, CA, and able to work in the office.
