Applications Developer
Location: Herndon, VA
Job Description:
Serve as an Applications Developer supporting a government customer
Specialize in Web Design and Content Management
Manage and maintain a Data Center Infrastructure Management environment
Provide Tier 3 support
Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycle
Provide system engineering, admin, integration, and application development
Manage and maintain:
- DCIM tool (Nlyte)
- The transition and integration from legacy DCIM tool to Nlyte product suite
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph
- BS in Computer Science or related (preferred)
- 6 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET and ADO
- Ability to code in Python and write PowerShell scripts
- Advanced knowledge in MSSQL, SSRS, and SSIS
- Ability to write complete SQL statements and provide SQL Admin
- Experience managing Nlyte applications
- Application experience in transitioning legacy DCIM tools to Nlyte
- Systems Administration experience (Linux, Windows and variants)
- Development experience in the day-to-day operations environment of DCIM tools
- Back end development experience, server side, APIs
- Advanced experience in systems integration
- Ability to write integration code for ServiceNow
- Ability to be local Sytems Administrator
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Cloud design, implementation, and configuration experience
- Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) experience
- Integration experience with third (3rd) party applications
