Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled and self-motivated CNC Operator to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!
At DCL, we value positive attitudes, quick thinking, and professionalism. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC routers, loading and unloading materials, performing in-process inspections, and ensuring parts meet dimensional accuracy. You’ll also collaborate with various departments to maximize efficiency, maintain shop organization, and assist as needed across teams. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a dynamic and creative work environment.
If the following describes you, we want to hear from you!
- CNC Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience with 3-axis CNC setup, programming, and operating
- Technical Knowledge: Experience fabricating and machining with a wide range of materials
- Software Proficiency: EnRoute expertise is a requirement
- Shop Organization: Maintain excellent housekeeping and cleanliness
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot unique machining situations and optimize efficiency and operations
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move 75 pounds regularly
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player with Independence: Able to collaborate across departments and assist as needed
- Sense of Humor and Positive Attitude: Maintain a great attitude, even in a fast-paced environment!
