Corporate AttorneyWork from home in either Albany, NY, Rochester, NY or Syracuse, NY.Established law firm is looking for an attorney that is eager to learn and has an outstanding work ethic to join their growing Corporate Department.Responsibilities : Work with a multi-disciplined team of attorneys who provide specialized advice in areas that touch on their client's needs in business formations, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, healthcare, banking, commercial real estate, and business succession planning.
