We are seeking middle and senior-level associates to join our Energy and Infrastructure Projects group in the New York office. Strong financing and / or M&A transactional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy or other infrastructure development, finance, and / or acquisitions and dispositions.A successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of academic achievement and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent service to clients.Key Responsibilities : Manage and support complex financing and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.Advise clients on energy and infrastructure development, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.Work closely with partners and clients on high-profile projects across the energy and infrastructure industries.Structure, negotiate, and document deals while working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices.Qualifications : Strong experience in financing, M&A, and transactional matters.Background in energy or infrastructure development, finance, and acquisitions / dispositions is highly desirable.Excellent academic credentials and a passion for providing high-quality work product.Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Benefits : Base salary expected to range between $365,000 and $435,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on experience and other relevant factors.Access to professional development opportunities, including mentorship and training programs.Hybrid work model : work in-office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely for specified periods throughout the year.Comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.Compensation : $365,000-$435,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
