The Assistant Project Manager Intern will support the Project Management team in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of Waterproofing and Coatings projects. This internship will provide you with an excellent opportunity to learn about project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site management in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to the Project Manager.
- Help manage day-to-day operations on the Waterproofing and Coatings site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Attend project meetings and take notes to track action items and project milestones.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed according to design specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Help resolve project issues and provide solutions to meet deadlines.
- Perform administrative duties related to project management tasks.
