What You’ll Be Doing:
· Leading and managing field teams to keep jobs running smoothly
· Keeping jobs on schedule and up to our quality standards
· Serving as the go-to person between the team and management
· Solving problems on-site and keeping things moving
· Talking with customers and making sure they’re happy with the work
· Ensuring safety & company policies are followed
What You Need to Apply:
- Valid Driver’s License – You’ll be on the move
- A Mobile Phone – To stay on top of schedules
- Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – We need a go-getter!
- Experience in Team Management or Field Supervision – Know how to lead? We want you!
