What You’ll Do |
Summary/Objective: Reporting to the Member Communications Assistant Manager, this role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing the successful implementation of all member-facing corporate communications programs to drive member engagement, benefit awareness, and financial education. This role is also responsible for engaging with business segment leadership and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of member-impacting issues and education opportunities. In addition, the position serves as the day-to-day project management lead for all member-facing corporate communications campaigns and initiatives, tying together the contributions of the other Experience (Marketing) and Communications department teams, including creative, media, merchandising, direct/email, social, and measurement.
