DD&B Construction Inc is a fast growing construction company in business since 1981. DD&B is looking for a Construction Project Manager to handle new construction projects within its In Denver Colorado and other regional areas. DD&B is selective in its hiring and is looking for someone to whom can fit the organizations culture of hard-work, honesty, and professionalism.
Position: Construction Coordinator and Estimator
Location: San Antonio Texas
Position Start: Immediate Position Available
- Send plans and specifications to potential bidders
- Assist in identifying potential projects to bid
- Prepare project budgets and estimates
- Perform materials takeoff
- Buy-out projects
- Handle monthly GC pay applications
- Maintain and monitor overall construction schedule
- Communicate with Architects, Engineers for RFIs and job related issues
- Review all Shop Drawings
- Handle entire project submittal process with Owners/Architects/Engineers
- Qualifications:
- Knowledge and ability to read and understand construction specs and drawings
- Computer skills and scheduling experience
