Fast growing commercial construction company in business since 1981 is looking for a project manager to handle multiple new construction projects. DD&B Construction Inc. is selective in its hiring and is looking for someone whom can fit the organizations culture of hard-work, honesty, and professionalism.
Position: Construction Estimator
Location: San Antonio DD&B Office
Position Start: Immediate Positions Available
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects to bid
- Send out plans and specifications to subcontractors and suppliers
- Put together project budgets and bids
- Perform quantity takeoffs for materials for pricing
- Maintain sub and supplier bidder lists and bidder profiles
- Meetings with potential clients
- Assist ongoing projects with soliciting bids for open items
- Help maintain and update DD&B qualifications and solicitation requests
- Contact architect and engineers for RFI’s or questions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
