Job Description:
-Supervise all services provide by the residential facilities to residents and comply with all applicable regulations.
-Ensure that facilities are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification.
-Maintain census and a referral list
-Prepare and complete all accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll
-Perform all personnel functions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training and scheduling
Ideal candidates will have strong management and organization skills and have experience in a Human Services field. Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
· Associates Degree or relevant qualifying experience (preferred)
· Ability to obtain Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License within 1 year of hire
· Minimum of 1 Year of Management or Supervisory Experience
· Leadership and Problem Solving Skills
· Excellent Written, Verbal Communication, & Organization Skills
· Microsoft Office Skills Required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
· Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
