Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and sales performance to develop engaging and effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct client outreach initiatives, interfacing directly with potential and existing clients to foster strong relationships and secure new business leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales metrics, market analysis, and forecast trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute and refine digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Educate clients on the full range of products and services offered by DDC Services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our value proposition.
- Plan and participate in industry-related events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and networking capacity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaign collateral.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of client communication, contracts, and sales results for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Perform hands-on demonstrations of high-maintenance cleaning equipment to potential clients, ensuring comprehensive demonstrations of product capabilities.
- Address client inquiries in-person, providing clarifications and additional information to facilitate decision making.
- Manage and execute order write up processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with customer service and support teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale, resolving any issues that arise efficiently.
