We are looking for a media buyer to join the team with account management, marketing and advertising experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Strategy:
- Develop media buying strategies that align with client goals and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to integrate media plans with broader marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to determine the best media mix for each campaign.
- Media Buying:
- Negotiate, purchase, and monitor media spots across multiple platforms (digital, TV, radio, print, out-of-home, etc.).
- Build and optimize campaigns on digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure efficient spend allocation across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Campaign Management:
- Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure they meet performance KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve future media buying strategies.
- Work with analytics teams to report on campaign performance and adjust as necessary.
- Vendor & Platform Management:
- Develop strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating rates and added-value opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with new media buying platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage media budgets, ensuring that all expenditures remain within the allocated amounts.
- Provide accurate forecasting and track monthly expenditures for all media buys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of media buying platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying platforms, etc.).
- Experience in both traditional and digital media buying.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to work with data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
